This is one of our most popular programs! It is designed for assistants, substitutes, and parent volunteers in Montessori environments. The sessions are organized to give support staff in the Montessori Early Childhood classroom a better understanding and implementation of the Montessori philosophy and method. This workshop has also proven valuable for administrators, admissions directors, and board members of schools who are interested in better understanding the Montessori model of education. Many schools have found this to be an excellent orientation for new staff members.
